Carol Wright

Pathways Leadership Coaching

Pathways Leadership Coaching works with business owners, leaders, and professionals to create real, sustainable change in their work and lives. Carol Wright specializes in supporting individuals who are stepping into new roles, navigating transitions, or looking to strengthen clarity, confidence, and impact. Her coaching equips clients to make better decisions, communicate more effectively, and lead with purpose—improving performance and contributing to a healthier workplace culture.

Carol offers a confidential, tailored coaching experience that fits the needs of busy professionals, available online or in person when possible. A complimentary Discovery Call makes it easy for businesses and individuals to explore whether coaching is the right fit.

Originally from the U.K. and a resident of the Alberni Valley since 2011 Carol brings more than 35 years of leadership experience in education, including extensive work in Inclusive Education across public and Indigenous school settings. She is a certified executive coach through the International Coaching Federation and a Royal Roads University graduate, bringing a strong blend of practical insight, lived experience, and professional training to her work.

Carol is also active in community leadership. She is a trained Restorative Justice facilitator, a board member of the Alberni Valley Restorative Justice Society, and trained in Peace Circles and mediation through Mediate BC—reflecting her commitment to building strong, healthy, and resilient communities.

When she’s not coaching, Carol enjoys kayaking, hiking local forest trails, cold-water swimming at the Lake, and spending time with her three adult children and their partners.
