Our Annual General Meetings
Our meetings are typically held in later May or early June. By requirement we are to hold the meeting within six months of the organization's year-end which in our case is December 31st. Under the Federal Board of Trade Act we are to hold elections every year for all positions. Our executive can remain in a position for two terms (two years) after which time they are to move to another position either on the executive or as a director. There is a maximum of 6 years permitted after which time the person would have to take at least one year off before rejoining the board.
