Lance Dodding - About the Chef
Chef Lance grew up on Qualicum First Nation territory, located on Vancouver Island, BC. Being a member of this small coastal nation fostered an instinctive love for all that the land and sea had to offer. The territory is lush and beautiful, and the land is known for its richness in flora, fauna and fish throughout all four seasons. Chef Lance is a proud Qualicum First Nations member that has 2 years of culinary education and 13 years of cooking experience.
